It is the user's responsibility to properly and regularly inspect the saddle and all of its components for any wear or fray's that would compromise the safety of the saddle in any way. It is the responsibility of the user to properly train in the use of the tree/hunting saddle at ground level until extensive training is completed, and before ascending a tree.
